COVID-19 POLICIES, SAFETY, AND PROCEDURES
In Preparation for your Appointment:
- Please reschedule your appointment if you have any new symptoms associated with COVID-19, traveled on a commercial flight domestically or internationally within the past 14 days, or come in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- Patients are to arrive alone to the appointment (family members or friends not allowed).
At the Time of Your Appointment:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can assure proper social distancing measures. If you arrive late, your treatment will be cut short. If you are early, or see someone else in the waiting room, please wait in your car and we will text you when you are able to come in.
- We require that you wear a mask to your appointment.
- Upon entering the office, hand sanitizer is available to you at the front console table.
- We will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer before bringing you back to the treatment room.
Cleaning and Disinfecting to Minimize Risk:
- Surface areas, handles, doors, treatment tables, and areas for your personal belongings will be sanitized with EPA-recommended disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2.
- Appointments will have a scheduled period of cleaning and sanitizing time in between patients.
We reserve the right to refuse care to any patient who does not comply with these new guidelines.
As always, your health and safety is a priority to us. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our community healthy.
